You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on 395bet. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 395bet reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any time to verify your age. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active 395bet account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or the same device or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 395bet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any funds therein, including winnings derived from bonus exploitation.

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. 395bet will not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 395bet support agents will never request your password, bKash PIN, or Nagad PIN. Any activity conducted using your account credentials is your responsibility. Notify 395bet support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods previously used to fund your account. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 15 seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. Withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) are ordinarily processed the same business day. Requests submitted after this time are processed on the next business day. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. 395bet does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Any funds received from a payment method not belonging to the account holder may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated explicitly for each promotion. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal of the bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Real money balance is always used first when placing bets, unless the applicable promotion specifies otherwise.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the account. Any bonus funds and associated winnings remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.

The use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting between accounts, arbitrage strategies, or any other method intended to exploit bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play constitutes bonus abuse. 395bet reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where abuse is identified, and to close the accounts involved.

The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held a 395bet account under any name, email address, device, or payment method are not eligible for the welcome bonus. 395bet reserves the right to verify eligibility and reclaim incorrectly applied welcome bonuses at any time.

A bet is only valid once a confirmation receipt is issued by the platform and a reference number is assigned. 395bet reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its discretion, including where a system error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, where an event has already commenced, or where the bet is placed in contravention of these Terms.

In the event of a manifest error — including a clearly incorrect price, a technical glitch, or a data feed failure that results in odds that do not reflect the true market — 395bet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. This applies regardless of whether the error was immediately identified or discovered after settlement.

Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach a natural conclusion, 395bet will settle bets in accordance with the specific sport rules applicable to that market. In the absence of a specific rule, bets on events not completed within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be voided and stakes returned.

All casino and slot games on 395bet use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by the respective game providers. 395bet does not control game outcomes. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee results within any individual session. Game results are final once displayed on screen.

395bet does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. 395bet will not be liable for any loss — financial or otherwise — arising from platform downtime or interruption of service.

395bet accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by Players. All bets are placed voluntarily and at the Player's own risk. 395bet expressly disclaims any responsibility for financial harm resulting from gaming activity conducted on the platform.
